Iran has handed over two new build
Ghadir class submarines to the Islamic Republic of Iran Navy (IRIN).
The Ghadir class submarines are armed with torpedoes and mines to attack the oil traffic and enemy warships in the shallow waters in the Persian Gulf during war times.
The Islamic Republic of Iran Navy (IRIN) is estimated to operate around 13Ghadir class mini submarines.
