Iran has started the production  Sayyad 2 medium range and high-altitude surface to air missile which can be used destroy cruise missiles, bombers, drones and helicopters.

 Sayyad 2 medium range and high-altitude surface to air missile is based on the US RIM-66 Standard MR (Medium Range) air defense missile.
