Why a doubled barrel fire arm ? Only useful in close quarters, in that you really want to take out the bad guys . Sometime ago the arms industry experimented with putting 3 bullets in a single shell case , accuracy was a bit of a problem. I think it would just be more logical to redesign the bullet (which won't happen) and use a heavier round .
