Brazil plans to test fly its Avibras Falcao s unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) later part of this year. The Avibras Falcao unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is can carry payload of 150 kg including a satellite communications link., synthetic-aperture radar (SAR) and gyrostabilized electro-optical sensor.

The Falcao UAV will be able to achieve operational range of 2,500km with help of satellite communication antenna. The Avibras Falcao s unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) will have an endurance of upto 15h while flying at altitde of 4,570m.
