First Tiger (EC665) Multi-Role Attack Helicopter assembled in Albacete (HAD/E-5002) will join the Fuerzas Aeromóviles del Ejército de Tierra (FAMET) Spanish Army helicopter unit by the end of this year.


Spanish assembled Tiger (EC665) Multi-Role Attack Helicopter will join the six French-build Tiger attack helicopter already operational with the Spanish Army. Spanish Tiger attack helicopters are armed with the Israeli Spike-ER Anti Tank Guided Weapon (ATGW) and French Mistral air to air missiles.
