Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II is an American twin-engine close air support (CAS) aircraft which was designed to destroy enemy tanks, armored vehicles, and other ground targets.

30 mm GAU-8/A Avenger Gatling gun serves as the main weapon of the A-10 Thunderbolt II Close Air Support Aircraft . It can fire at rate of 3,900 rounds per minute at a slant range of 1,220 m.
