Space Shuttle Endeavour (Orbiter Vehicle Designation: OV-105) was delivered by Rockwell International Space Transportation Systems Division in May 1991 an it was sent into the space for the first time in May 1992 on mission STS-49 on a nine-day mission to retrieve the Intelsat VI satellite.
Space Shuttle Endeavour flew for its last mission STS-134 in May 2011 and Re-entry and landing occurred on June1, 2011.
STS-134 is the 2nd last mission of National Aeronautics and Space Administrations' (NASA) Reusable Space Shuttle program.
Space Shuttle Endeavour was the 5th space shuttle built for the human spaceflight missions for National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
