The Norway has sent its soldiers to Afghanistan as part of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) to fight Talibans. The operators of the Norwegian special operation force has also taken part in the Operation Enduring Freedom in 2002, and Operation Harekate Yolo . Over 590 Norwegian soldiers are fighting the militants in Afghanistan as part of International Security Assistance Force (ISAF).
