Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed has called the French proposal to provide 60 Rafale fighter jets to the UAE air force a "uncompetitive and unworkable." The UAEAF is now looking at the other competitor like Eurofighter Typhoon.
Crown Prince has aid that the French President (Nicolas) Sarkozy ha done the bet job in hi capacity to make sure that French firm Dassault can secure the contract for the supply of 60 fighter jet to the UAE air force and his efforts has put Dassault ahead of it competitors.

Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed said, "regrettably Dassault seem unaware that all the diplomatic and political will in the world cannot overcome uncompetitive and unworkable commercial terms."

  1. Well they are still living n the era of cold war where political offers had more value then the price of a weapon system. In todays world where most of the industry in finding it hard to survive, Dassault is screwing every opportunity to sell the Rafale
