Russian Defense Ministry has confirmed that Russia has conducted test of a anti-ballistic missile (ABM) interceptor missilefrom the Sary-Shagan (Kazakhstan).
Last month, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has threatened to deploy Iskander ( SS-26 ) mobile theater ballistic missile system in the Kaliningrad Region if Russia is not allowed to be a part of the European missile defense system.
